THE PROCESS
STRATEGY WITH THE PURPOSE TO CONNECT WITH YOUR IDEAL CLIENTS
My branding process was created to incorporate strategy and intentionality so that the content we create for your brand can tell your story all while keeping your business goals and your ideal clients at the forefront.
Planning
Once you’ve filled out your Brand Inquiry Form, we will finalize the when and where. From there I will send you my detailed questionnaire which will help me understand your vision. Then we’ll set you up with your Brand Vision meet and greet to strategize and plan out all of the nitty-gritty details of your session day. I’ll support you with outfits, hair & makeup, props, a shot list, session intention and more.
The Session
Yay! This is my favorite part!! Our photoshoot day is a chance for you to celebrate where you and your business are currently at. Whatever stage you’re in - it’s something worth celebrating.
Thanks to our pre-planning, this day will be relaxed, easy and super fun which will give us all the creative energy! I will be there to support you, to direct you, to help you feel calm and confident and to have a blast. Every. Single. Time.
The Gallery
After your session I will send you sneak peeks and begin the post editing process.
You can expect your final gallery 2 weeks after our session date. From there you never have to worry about what to post again, you can update your website aesthetic with eye-catching pics and implement your new beautiful photos wherever else you show up online!
FAQ
How far in advance should I book?
A.I recommend reaching out at least 2-3 months prior to when you’d like to have your final gallery in hand. I typically open my books 2 months in advance. We’ll get to planning 3-4 weeks prior to your session. After photoshoot day you'll receive your selection gallery and you'll have one week to choose your photos. Once you send me your selections I will have your final gallery to you within 2 weeks.
How do I pick a location?
A.Your location can have an effect on the quality and wow factor of your photos. Good news is that I will be there for you to help you find the perfect spot!
Tips: Choose a location with lots of natural light. We can always introduce artificial lighting but natural always makes for a soft, clean and crisp look in my opinion! Also choose a spot that feels authentic to you and makes sense for your brand.
A few suggestions are; studio rentals, your workspace, borrowing a friend or family members home, your home, somewhere outdoors, a public location (like your favourite coffee shop, the central library, botanical gardens or brewery) or you can ask me about securing a show home.*

A.You do! Very early on in my business I introduced a selection gallery for my clients, and let me tell you… they love it!
How it works!
After your session I will send you a few edited sneak peeks and a separate gallery with only the best of the best from your session. So you get to choose exactly which photos you will be receiving in your final gallery that you know you love and will get tons of use out of. Once you’ve made your selections they will be edited and then sent your way within 2 weeks!
